General Office

POSITION: Construction Sales Estimator
The individual will work with other team members to develop detailed estimates, proposals and schedules on construction projects.

QUALIFICATIONS: A B.S. degree, with a preference for a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Structural), Construction Management or a related field, is preferred; and, two to four (2-4) years of experience. Education may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis. Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, particularly, Word and Excel. A working knowledge of PowerPoint and Project is preferred. Experience with industrial, commercial, design-build and conceptual estimating are desired.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to convey project needs and company information to customer/clients; must be able to multitask and manage multiple bids and meet deadlines; must be detail-oriented; and to travel as needed. Must possess sound organizational and time management skills.

Civil Construction

POSITION: Laborer
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the installation of concrete foundations, concrete pedestals and piping associated with tank projects in the following areas: Greenbay, WI, Syracuse , NY, and Shawnee, KS. Operate skid-loader or forklift, tie rebar, build or erect concrete forms, pour and finish concrete.

Salary: $16.00 to $19.00 /hour

Coatings

POSITION: Project Manager – Coatings
The Project Manager will serve as a liaison between the company, project owner and subcontractor(s) by planning, directing, and coordinating of the designated project to ensure that goals and/or objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frame.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
*Contract negotiation and administration;
*Contract administrative duties with subcontractors and project owners;
*Scheduling coordination of trades, inspecting, testing placement, installation and application of various construction activities required by the overall construction contract; and,
*Control of decisions made on the change orders.
Skills and Knowledge:
• Project Management – 2 years (required)
• Software: Microsoft Office, Project Management
• Working knowledge of soil mechanics, concrete and steel reinforcement; tank construction, steel surface preparation, paint application, and all associated electrical and control equipment associated with tanks.

License: NACE or SSPC – 1 year

Salary: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year

Engineering

POSITION: Project Engineer – Water Division

We are in need of an experienced, career-minded Project Engineer to be a part of our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will work with the engineering team to establish project requirements, direct and review the designers detailed drawing packages; will analyze and design steel tank structures with shallow and deep foundations; and will develop drawings packages to communicate design information. Additionally, this position will assist with support of the Sales department and serves as “engineer-of-record” on projects where licensed and/or registered.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:
• Registered Professional Engineer (or ability to obtain within one (1) year) required;
• B.S. degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with Structural emphasis required;
• Three (3) years’ experience in tank and/or foundation design is preferred;
• Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD;
• Familiarity with AISC ASD/LRFD, AC1318; and,
• Knowledge of AWWA D100, API 650.

Hourly Plant Production

POSITION: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
(Hours are 6:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday – Friday)

As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic you will be responsible for the maintenance, installation and repair of plant equipment, buildings, pipe and electrical systems by diagnosing problems, planning and performing the necessary repairs.
Additionally, you must be able to follow electrical codes, comprehend schematic diagrams, blueprints and other specifications; must have experience working with hand tools and electronic test equipment; and, have a strong working knowledge of job safety. Diesel experience required.
Requires occasional overtime.

QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of five (5) years of related industry experience is required; certification is a plus.
